Inside the old Sacred Heart School, it will be filled with sounds of music and kids. You can drop off the kids at the “Kids Irish Arts & Crafts Area” located on the second floor offering a variety of arts and crafts activities. And on the first floor there are “Face Painters” where you can get a FREE face painting!

Peg Carraher

Peg has been face painting for many years. She has been a cosmetologist for more than 40 years in the Omaha area, where she resides. Her first practice in face painting was at family gatherings and birthday parties. She got so much enjoyment out of the creativity, that she decided to pursue face painting as a second vocation. She has received one-on-one instruction from professional face painters and she attends International Face and Body art Conventions each year. Her experience has expanded greatly since her first experiments with the medium from community events, the Shrine Circus, numerous fund raisers and an annual gig at Clancey’s Pub on St. Patrick’s Day. Peg is a member of a Clown Organization which provides face painters along with other types of entertainment for many events in the area.
